How All3 Mantis Learns to Build
21 Oct 2025, by All3
More details revealed about the All3 Mantis.
Inside our robotics lab in London, Mantis is learning how to build.
Here the robot trains in environments that replicate an All3 construction site - climbing stairs, navigating tight spaces, and working with different tools.
In this video, you’ll see Mantis take on one of the most basic but essential tasks in our system: driving screws into cross-laminated timber (CLT), the material we use for our structural elements.
As Napo Montano explains, this is how Mantis learns: step by step, operation by operation, until it can perform the repeatable, high-value tasks that form the backbone of our system.
Watch the video to see how it works.
