All3 Launches in Germany

AI and Robotics company All3 is launching in Germany with the newly founded All3 Construction Germany GmbH. Based in Berlin, the national subsidiary will operate as a general contractor in the building construction sector.

All3 brings a vertically integrated, end-to-end approach to the German market that combines artificial intelligence, robotics, and modern timber construction methods. The goal is to address key challenges in the sector: rising costs, long construction times, high CO₂ emissions, and persistently low productivity.

Through its consistently integrated approach across all stages of the value chain, All3 is able to reduce project costs by up to 30 percent, halve construction times, and significantly lower CO₂ emissions. Germany is not only a key market – it is the first market that All3 has prioritised as part of its European expansion.

Wulf von Borzyskowski, an internationally experienced executive, has been appointed Managing Director of the German subsidiary. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction and energy sectors, including senior positions at Techem, Schindler and Nokera. His focus is on building strategic partnerships with project developers, housing associations, and public clients.

To accompany the market entry in Germany, two proven industry experts have been appointed to the advisory board: Frank Thiesen, Member of the Board of ZECH Hochbau AG, and Dr. Roger Schönborn, ex-CEO of the Building Infrastructure Solutions Division at REHAU. Both bring deep industry knowledge, strategic experience, and strong networks to All3.
