All3, the integrated AI and robotics company for the construction sector, is accelerating its commercial expansion in Germany with two senior appointments. Olav Schnepf joins as Director of Project & Construction Management and Marcus Keller as Director of Quality Assurance.
Both appointments are critical to delivering All3’s first German projects and establishing the operational foundations required to scale the company’s technology-driven construction model.
Olav Schnepf brings more than 30 years of experience delivering complex building and commercial projects. He previously spent 26 years in senior roles at HOCHTIEF, and later served as Senior Project Manager at ABG and RFR Development. At All3, he is responsible for project and construction management across all phases, ensuring that AI-driven planning and robotic production translate into compliant, predictable delivery on site.
Marcus Keller brings over three decades of experience in German residential development, urban planning and real estate economics. He previously held senior roles at BPD, one of Germany’s largest residential developers, where he led development pipelines and delivery across multiple regions.
As Director of Quality Assurance at All3, he oversees quality and consistency across the full delivery workflow, from design and production through to assembly and handover.
